Team Prepares to stretch their current form

By Shane Hudson

The players spent Tuesday night preparing for Saturday with a visit to 3-1-5 health club.

After a gruelling gutsy performance away at Warrington the first team was back working hard tonight to prepare for another chance to grab some points back at the Giant Axe on Saturday.

A yoga session at local health club 3-1-5 saw the players using a different technique to recover and refresh ready for a home game against Witton Albion.

New boy Brad Carlsey was joined by the rest of the squad and looked to be enjoying themselves as they we put through an intense but balanced Yoga routine by Christina at the Caton Road Club.

Mark Fell once again urged fans to come in numbers to help them get the momentum to climb the league table. He said: ‘football games are about margins. We are doing everything we can to bring success to the city and the fans. Yoga and other techniques can give us a little margin to win but so can the fans. Please get down on Saturday and give us that little extra boost we really need’.

Match tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £7 concessions.
